A guide to book LUXCARS's car service
1. Choose your car
Visit our 'Our services' page to view a wide selection of car from 4-seater sedan to 45-seater bus.
2. Contact us
Once you have a car in mind, please email us at: carbooking.thh@gmail.com
Booking information should include: type of car, contact person mobile number, booking date, itinerary and any requests you have.
If you are still hesitant, feel free to ask us for the quotation of any cars (could be more than 1) at the same time. Again, information should include: type of cars, contact person mobile number, booking date, itinerary and any requests you have.
3. What's next?
Once you have booked via email, we will send a confirmation email and you just have to wait. Prior to your travelling date 01 day, we will send the car and driver details via email and that's it.
4. D-day
Please be asssured that our driver will be on time to pick you up. No worries if you do not have a Vietnam number, our driver will contact you via WhatsApp or iMessage.
5. Payment options
You can pay by cash, credit card or bank transfer.
1. Cash
After the trip ends, you can pay directly to our driver by cash.
2. Credit card
Our driver will bring the POS machine and you can pay right after the trip ends.
3. Bank transfer
Our accounting team will send you the invoice via email and you can transfer the total amount accordingly.
